Cleaning machine in the industrial sector
A French fan manufacturer asked MecanoLav for its expertise in the cleaning of fan components from stamping foundry operations. The objectives: efficiently degrease batches of parts with different geometries, with a cycle time under 6 minutes per batch and perfect drying.
The solution is a set of two machines: 1 washing cabin and 1 rinsing cabin operating simultaneously. Washing and rinsing take place in a closed circuit, with lower and upper rotary spray systems. One washing cycle for a basket of parts takes about 6 minutes, with a machine capacity of 1500 × 1500 × H 1000 mm.
Each cabin is fitted with an automatic vertical double door opening to 90° and lifting and lowering rails for inserting and removing the basket. Loading and unloading are manual, while the automatic transfer of baskets between washing and rinsing is handled by 2 chain conveyors. 2 carts with 2 baskets (1800 × 1800) allow them to be moved.
