A German company specializing in electrical and pneumatic transmission components has engaged MecanoLav to clean machined profiles.
Our project was based on the internal and external cleaning of 11 long parts. Our goal was to achieve the required level of cleanliness prior to the painting process.
The machine with an inclined horizontal work chamber can accommodate up to 11 part types simultaneously.
The machine’s cover is hinged, with manual opening assisted by gas springs and secured by an electromagnetic lock.
The workpiece support is movable, facilitating access for loading and unloading operations.
The design allows for easy handling of parts while ensuring safety through an electromagnetic locking mechanism.
Thanks to the movable support system, operators can load and unload parts efficiently and safely.
