The French company specialising in the design and manufacture of pumps and pumping systems called on MecanoLav’s expertise to wash manifold bodies.
Our project involved the internal and external cleaning of parts up to 3 metres long. The aim is to achieve appropriate cleanliness before welding and to ensure perfect drying.
The inclined horizontal chamber machine is designed to accommodate parts of different sizes, with a crimping system capable of cleaning parts ranging from 500 mm to 3000 mm in length and from 42 mm to 273 mm in diameter.
The fixtures are interchangeable and specifically adapted to the multiple part numbers.
The parts are thoroughly cleaned by targeted internal and external spraying for each part reference.
The machine is equipped with a double bath comprising a washing bath and a rinsing bath to ensure a high standard of cleanliness before the welding operation.
