The washing chamber is equipped with fixed nozzles and a rotating tool, guaranteeing efficient washing and drying, even in hard-to-reach areas.
It incorporates a serial pump boosted to 10 bar, ensuring efficient and repeatable washing, as well as a double filtration system with automatic bypass, which enables continuous production to be maintained without interruption.
The machine is compatible with two types of rocker arm and offers five loading configurations, allowing great flexibility of use.
It is equipped with an indexed turntable, optimizing productivity gains by reducing downtime.
It ensures rapid washing and drying, with a complete cycle of 70 seconds for 4 parts.
