Throughput: 1 to 6 batches per hour
The machine is designed to work with the customer’s basket loader. The batch is rotated and cleaned on all sides using calibrated spray bars. A device positioned as close as possible to the load ensures that the parts are dry upon exit.
To ensure consistent results and extend the service life of the baths, a coalescing oil separator installed on each bath ensures that oils are separated.
Cleaning process: Washing, Rinsing, Blowing, Drying.

This is particularly true for vacuum deposition processes (plasma, nitriding, etc.).
