Single-part cleaning machine for bearing rings
A bearing manufacturer needs to measure steel bearing rings (Ø 12 to 150 mm) in 3D after grinding. Parts must arrive particle-free and at a controlled temperature, with robot loading.
The fixture is based on a 3-jaw stainless steel concentric gripper installed in the mobile chamber. It clamps the rings from the outside or the inside: one fixture for the whole range. The sealed IP67 guide ensures lasting precision, and the robot has free access to the part for loading and unloading.
The cycle lasts 52 to 90 seconds (washing, then low- and high-pressure blowing). Target cleanliness: CCC A (ISO 16232). The machine is compact and designed for robotic cells.
