Long and very heavy parts
OEM standards: STD4189 – STD4540 – STD107-0002
Particulate cleanliness: ISO 16232 – VDA 19
Targeted cleaning of channels and lubrication holes
Integration in a robotic cell or designed for manual loading
Robust machines | stable process and simplified maintenance
A crankshaft, an axle or a housing do not have the same contamination or the same requirements. We work after machining, before dimensional inspection and leak testing, and before assembly, according to your OEM standards STD4189, STD4540 and STD107-0002 and to ISO 16232 and VDA 19.
We have an in-house laboratory for gravimetric and particle size analysis.
Heavy-truck parts do not fit in a standard machine: we design the cleaning chamber around your part.
In this sector, parts are heavy, expensive and varied: gears, connecting rods, suspension arms. A part-by-part flow, in step with your machining line, avoids baskets and work-in-progress and limits the risk of contamination. Each part receives the cycle and fixture its cleanliness specification requires.
A heavy-truck line produces many variants in small and medium series, with heavy parts moved by robot or handling equipment. The washing machine must fit in without reworking the line.
The MecanoFAST fits between machining and inspection or assembly:
