Parts must be cleaned one by one in a continuous flow within 80 to 120 seconds.
Loaded using a hoist, the parts are manually loaded horizontally into the work chamber. The part-holding fixture is height-adjustable to accommodate different body diameters.
A syringe driven by an electric cylinder cleans the inside of the cylinder body. The cylinder automatically adjusts its stroke according to the selected PLC program. A rotating cleaning tool degreases the exterior.
To extend the service life of the bath, a coalescing oil separator ensures that oils are separated.
