Our project involved degreasing parts in batches. The goal is to clean multiple parts with different geometries at the same time and ensure they dry completely.
The machine is equipped with three tanks to ensure effective cleaning after quenching.
The washing and rinsing phases are performed in a closed-loop system with continuous filtration.
The spray nozzles are fixed, and the tray rotates to allow for thorough washing of the load.
The machine is equipped with an autonomous loader designed by our engineering department, which is used to load and unload customer baskets from the chamber.
This loader is mounted on a lift table that can be adjusted in height to facilitate the robot’s operation when loading and unloading the baskets.
One basket per cycle can achieve a wash cycle time of approximately 30 minutes.
This basket can hold up to 270 items across 3 tiers.
The machine is equipped with a PLC with a display that manages inputs/outputs and traceability.
It is also equipped with a decanter degreaser to remove contaminants and a coalescing oil separator that separates oil from water, thereby extending the service life of the cleaning fluid in the bath.
The machine’s enclosure and door are insulated to prevent heat loss.
