A French company specializing in the design and manufacture of pumps and pumping systems sought MecanoLav’s expertise for the cleaning of manifold bodies.
Our project involved cleaning the interior and exterior of parts up to 3 meters in length. The goal is to achieve the appropriate level of cleanliness prior to welding and to ensure thorough drying.
The inclined horizontal chamber machine is designed to accommodate parts of various sizes, with a spray cleaning system capable of cleaning parts ranging from 500 mm to 3,000 mm in length and from 42 mm to 273 mm in diameter.
The fixtures are interchangeable and specifically adapted to a wide range of part models.
The parts are thoroughly cleaned using targeted spray washing, both internally and externally, for each part number.
The machine is equipped with a dual-tank system consisting of a wash tank and a rinse tank to ensure a high standard of cleanliness prior to the welding operation.
