For more than 40 years, MecanoLav Ridel has been developing , manufacturing, and marketing mechanical parts cleaning machines internationally for manufacturers in various industries.
Your Responsibilities
As part of the Customer Service team, your main responsibilities will include installing new machines, providing customer training, and troubleshooting issues.
You will be responsible for:
- Diagnosing a breakdown or malfunction
- Provide technical explanations to customers
- Prepare and organize construction sites
- Perform the integration at the client’s site
- Perform operational tests and fine-tuning
Your goal is to be self-sufficient in troubleshooting, installations, and on-site training.
As part of these assignments, you will be in direct, daily contact with clients. You should expect to travel frequently (with approximately 50% of trips taking place abroad).
Profile
With at least 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, you are proficient in:
- troubleshooting and resolving a malfunction
- reading electrical diagrams
- Technical English (spoken and written) to communicate with international clients and German partners (https://www.surface-alliance.com/index-fr.html
- computer skills and the use of the Office suite
Knowledge of mechanics and/or automation is a plus.
You have:
- solid knowledge of electrical engineering and/or maintenance
- a spirit of initiative, analytical skills, and the ability to synthesize information
- strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- a curious mind and a great ability to adapt
- With a Class B driver’s license, you have the freedom to plan and manage your own trips
You are proactive and dynamic; your attention to detail and ability to come up with new ideas will allow you to hit the ground running.
