A company specializing in the aerospace industry sought MecanoLav’s expertise for the design and supply of a tube cleaning machine.
The project aimed to ensure the effective cleaning of long tubes, guarantee a level of cleanliness that meets industry standards, and establish a controlled process to ensure perfect repeatability.
The machine is equipped with a horizontal chamber with a working area of 6000 mm x 800 mm, capable of accommodating tubes up to 6 meters in length.
Each spray system consists of 100 conical nozzles and an internal flushing mechanism, ensuring uniform cleaning.
The cleaning process includes a wash bath and three rinse baths in a closed-loop system, with a resin filter incorporated into the final rinse bath to ensure stable conductivity of the reverse-osmosis water.
The installed drying system ensures that the tubes are dry at the end of the cycle.
The water and air circulation system was designed to ensure consistent performance with every cycle.
